An additional 990 is filed for the St. Louis Symphony Endowment Trust.  The St. Louis Symphony Endowment Trust is controlled by a seven-person committee comprised of St. Louis Symphony appointed members and independent parties. Its assets cannot be accessed by St. Louis Symphony management for general operating support or any other financial needs beyond the 5% annual draw without approval of six of the seven committee members.
