The St. Louis Symphony operates this website
as a vehicle to
promote the Symphony. It is not our intent to gather the personal
information of our visitors, however we do gather some information to help us
improve our website and promote the STL Symphony..
We collect the email address of subscribers to our Eminder service and online
ticket or merchandise buyers. We
will at times send emails
to those who have provided their email address to us. With each email is
the option to "opt-out" of receiving future emails. If you wish not to
be contacted by email, please send an email with your request to

We collect the mailing address of all online customers. We will at times contact you by mail with brochures or special
offers. If you wish to not receive these offers, please send an email with

Customers who provide us with telephone numbers may receive calls from us
promoting season ticket sales or special offers. We abide by
the state and national "Do Not Call" lists. We do call current customers
within 18 months of their last purchase unless they request us not to. If you wish to not receive these

We occasionally share our address list with other St. Louis non-profit
organizations. We never share email or phone numbers. If you wish
