Equal Play: Celebrating Women Composers

Women from the St. Louis Symphony - Kristin Ahlstrom, Eva Kozma, and Melody Lee, violins, Beth Guterman Chu, viola, Anne Fagerburg, cello, Jennifer Nitchman, flute, and Patti Wolf, piano - team up to perform music by women composers in beautiful Holmes Lounge at Washington University in St. Louis.

Clara Schumann - Piano Trio in G minor
Amy Beach - Theme and Variations for Flute and String Quartet
Joan Tower - Second String Force for solo violin, and Rising for flute and string quartet

Composer Joan Tower joins as a special guest for this concert.
